Qualifications:
Private Aviation Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling private jet charter services or related luxury services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in this niche market.
In-Depth Understanding of Private Aviation: Comprehensive knowledge of private jets, their features, capabilities, and the nuances of private aviation services. Understanding different aircraft types, their range, and amenities is crucial.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and aviation brokers. A deep understanding of their needs and preferences within the private aviation sector is key.
Customized Solution Selling: Skill in tailoring personalized solutions for clients, understanding their specific travel requirements, preferences, and providing bespoke aviation services.
Network Building: A strong network within the private aviation industry, including connections with aircraft operators, brokers, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), and other relevant entities, is advantageous.
High-Level Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of different private aviation services, negotiate complex contracts, and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients.
Financial Acumen: Understanding the financial aspects of private aviation, including pricing structures, cost-benefit analysis, and the ability to convey the value proposition in financial terms.
Adaptability to High-End Market Dynamics: Agility in adapting to the dynamic and high-end nature of the private aviation market, staying updated on trends, and anticipating client needs in this exclusive sector.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Given the sensitive nature of clients and their travel arrangements, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising discretion is paramount in this industry.

Duties:
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and travel requirements to suggest appropriate private jet charter solutions.
Aircraft Selection: Advise clients on the best-suited aircraft based on their itinerary, group size, and specific preferences.
Flight Coordination: Manage the logistics of charter flights, including scheduling, coordinating with operators, and ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients and operators while ensuring profitability for JetZen.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, aviation brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in aviation regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
CRM Utilization: Effectively use JetZen's custom-built CRM system to manage client interactions, track sales, and optimize workflows.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions that prioritize client satisfaction.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and handle necessary documentation for charter flights.
Sales and Business Development: Actively seek new clients, generate leads, and contribute to expanding JetZen's client base.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategies for improvement.
