PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Scale-in and scale-out trucks using the computerized truck scale/company system and print copies of the weight tickets for each unit weighed
- Scan all required documentation for billing to the accounting department daily in a timely and organized manner
- Scheduling and dispatching of company personnel and equipment to customer locations if directed to do so by a manager
- Provide DOT personnel with necessary manifests/work orders required for assigned daily tasks
- Scanning and Data Entry of maintenance records and paperwork daily
- Any other duties assigned by the Transportation manager, Director of Operations or Sr. VP of company.
SCHEDULE: 6/9am-3/5pm M-F rotating ½ day Saturdays
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling & logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Basic typing skills
- The candidate must possess strong problem solving and communication skills
- The candidate must possess good decision-making skills
- The candidate must possess experience managing multiple projects with expected results.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday and Rotating ½ a Day on Saturday
Experience:
- Transportation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scale Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
