We are a house of Vacation rental brands. Our largest brands are Simplifyrenting.com and atomic stays (website under construction) based out of Denver, CO managing over 120 properties. This position is focused on our newest brand named Snowcapped Hospitality, which is a luxury vacation rental managmeent company based in Vail Colorado.
This role's compensation is a mix of a base salary with large commission opportunities. We will be doing a base rate of $35,000 with commission targeting an overall compensation of about $150,000 per year.
Overview:
We are seeking an inbound/outbound sales lead to reach out to owners looking for vacation rental management systems. All leads will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and technology sales. The right person will have the ability to eventually build out a team below them in the future. Currently sales are being done by the two company owners.
Duties:
- Reach out to 25 new leads per day
- Follow up with 25 warm leads per day
- Follow up with all inbound leads from advertising each day
- Meet potential clients on-site at their property
- Utilize and become familiar with monday.com sales CRM
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to the onboarding team
- Create property projections & underwriting P&L's
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with underwriting short term rental real estate projections & underwritings
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in monday.com or GoHighLevel CRM software is preferred
