Job Description
Summary: The ideal candidate will be working remotely in the US, located in the MST time zone. You will report to a Sr Lead Project Manager and work in the retail domain space. We need someone who has worked on different kinds of projects including green field development projects, migrations and enhancements.
Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering Technical Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of IT experience and working with Software Development teams.
-
3+ years of experience working with Project Management tools such as JIRA, MS Project Plan, etc.
-
Experience working in an Agile environment.
-
Understanding of Mobile, Web, and RESTful backend APIs
-
Excellent English communication skills
-
Experience working as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
-
Experience working with remote teams in different time zones.
-
Experience leading software development teams.
-
Any Project Management/Scrum Master/Cloud Certifications are a plus.

Any previous Software Development experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Quality Analyst, or Software Developer is a plus.

Experience working with Vendors and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with architects and technical leaders to understand technology/technical-related choices and create related stories

Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
-
Remove obstacles that might hinder the team's progress

Ensure collaboration and keep the stakeholders updated on progress
-
Daily stand ups, backlog refinements, burndown charts, stakeholder communication (vendors, clients and internal)

Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, manage JIRA/Kanban board and process flow.
Scrum Management:

Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.

Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating communication and resolving impediments.

Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, confluence, etc.) is a must.

Monitor project progress, communicate issues and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Encourage team members to take accountability for their work and contributions to the project.

Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities.
Follow-up and Timeliness:

Diligently follow up on project timelines and deliverables.

Ensure all tasks and activities are completed according to the project schedule.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure projects remain on track and address any deviations promptly.
