Atlanta Competence Center (ACC)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Connected Services team at the Atlanta Competence Center (ACC). This role plays a pivotal role in showcasing and promoting the power of BOBST Connect, our industry-leading digital platform, to customers and prospects. You will be responsible for physically connecting and configuring BOBST Connect on equipment, delivering demonstrations both in-person and virtually, and supporting various customer-facing activities at trade shows, open houses, and webinars. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the ACC Connect Wall and Shop Floor monitors and assisting the Connected Services team with day-to-day tasks such as customer onboarding and network offline report generation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrations & Presentations:
o Deliver engaging in-person and virtual demonstrations of BOBST Connect functionalities.
o Develop and present training materials and webinars showcasing the capabilities of BOBST Connect.
Customer Engagement:
o Represent BOBST at industry trade shows, expos, and open houses.
o Interact with customers and prospects, demonstrating the value proposition of BOBST Connect.
o Answer questions and address customer inquiries regarding BOBST Connect and related services.
Supporting Connected Services Team:
o Assist the Connected Services team with customer onboarding processes for BOBST Connect.
o Analyze and generate network offline reports to identify potential connection issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
Hardware & Software Installation:
o Physically connect and configure BOBST Connect software on equipment at the ACC.
o Ensure proper integration and functionality of BOBST Connect with related systems.
o Troubleshoot any issues related to hardware or software installation.
Data & Monitoring:
o Manage the ACC Connect Wall, ensuring it provides clear and up-to-date information on connected equipment and data insights.
o Monitor Shop Floor displays, addressing any data visualization issues.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise information to a technical and non-technical audience.
o Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage and educate customers.
o Customer-centric approach with a passion for demonstrating innovative technology.

o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
o Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Technical Skills:
o Proven experience in industrial electronics with a strong understanding of basic machine networking principles.
o Familiarity with industrial automation architecture and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
o Basic understanding of data collection platforms and data visualization techniques.
o Working knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system integrations (desired).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or computer engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, or related field preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
