Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during your shift.
- Oversee the preparation of food and beverages, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Coordinate inventory management to maintain optimal levels of stock and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate strong kitchen management skills, including ordering supplies, managing food costs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and other beverages.
- Manage and train a team of bartenders, including creating drink menus and ensuring responsible service practices.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to achieve the restaurant's goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Experience in kitchen management, including food preparation, inventory management, and cost control.
- Familiarity with the use of Aloha POS systems and other restaurant management software.
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
