Established manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Boston, MA area! The Administrative Assistant will work in tandem with the Plant Manager to assist departments as needed with the efficient handling of administrative tasks. The right candidate will be highly analytical, skilled with excel, familiar with managing schedules and projects in a fast tempo work environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and data entry support for Plant Manager and various department heads, as duties are assigned.
- Manage payroll for temp employment agencies and track temp employee hours to report to the agency
- Track staff and salaried personnel vacation/attendance schedules and ensure a management is informed
- Prepare and maintain CBR logs (budget requests)
- Update and distribute Project Activity Report weekly
- Order and maintain office supplies within budget
- Interface with plant employees on computer issues and troubleshoot technical matters related to employee login access
- Arrange travel, hotel reservations, meetings, luncheons and ensure meeting rooms are reserved accordingly
- Ensure business mail is delivered to key personnel in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative assistant or office administrator (required)
- Experience with computers and software such as MS Excel, including pivot charts and v-look up, emailing, ERP data entry (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
