Position Description: The Payment Solutions Program Manager is responsible for the program's
sales, and the retention of product and services purchasers. This position assists with the development
of revenue goals, tracking the results and communicating the outcome to staff and Board of Directors.
Essential duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Primary

Generate sales through leads, cold calls and member requests.

Prepare accurate revenue projections and develop goals to achieve the forecasts.

Ensure retention by member satisfaction with after-sales support, timely response and resolution.

Manage the CRM interface.
-
Present goal status bi-monthly and quarterly reporting to BOD.
-
Ensure creative collateral is current, accurate and supply is adequate.
-
Track usage benchmarks and tasks to goal.
-
Manage and oversee member enrollment into programs.
-
Generate new sponsor and exhibit sales that achieve goals.

Schedule and complete bi-monthly check-in calls to Allied and other key members.
-
Collaborate on member outreach plan.

Support and partner with Director of Business Development to ensure program success.

Attend events that promote programs and services.

Technical Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SLX and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of and experience with social media and web site platforms and interfaces

Ability to work with a variety of electronics including laptop, smart phone and tablet

Knowledge of and experience with database management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 -4 years of payment processing or merchant processing sales experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

A proven track record of professional excellence

Compensation

Starting range is $67,152 to $75,679, annually, with opportunities for bonus pay based on performance metrics. (Range for the position depending on qualifications and experience factors is $67,152 to $98,947 per year)
