Summary
Responsible for planning, organization, administration, management, and direction of the work activities within the department to maintain the required standards and operating efficiency. The Project Manager supervises and leads groups of hourly and exempt employees in meeting the expectations of the customer as well as meeting the organization’s standards. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance through understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of current automobile insurance and the ability to travel to local facilities.
- Must have a minimum of 4-7 years project management experience, 3 years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and managing a workforce of similar size, scope, and complexity for this location.
- Must have 4-5 years working at or above a Custodial Supervisor or Manager position.
- Must possess skills to read, write and comprehend English.
- Ability to pass a background check and or Govt. security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to pass a background and or Govt. security clearance.
Experience:
- Must have knowledge and supervisory skills necessary to plan daily work and motivate employees to successfully perform assigned duties.
- A CEH (Certified Executive Housekeeper) certification is required, REH (Registered Executive Housekeeper) is preferred.
- Must have the ability to manage time efficiently, work with multiple supervisors and managers, as well as maintain schedules.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a team environment and outsourced support teams.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have computer experience.
