Advanced International Aviation Academy is offering a unique job opportunity in the Aviation Industry for the position of Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative at our Premier Aviation Flight School. Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with student admissions & training document management.
- Coordinate weekend flight schedules and ensure timely execution of flights.
- Communicate with pilots, instructors, and other staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence with the Federal Aviation Administration
- Maintain filing system for all Invoices and student documents
- Monitor weather conditions and airspace restrictions to optimize flight planning.
- Assist the Director of Flight Training with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data management.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Assist with Payroll & daily account reconciliation reports.
- Order Inventory and maintain stock as needed.
- Assist with office organization, hiring, time-sheet compilation and correspondence.
- Must be fluent with Microsoft XL and word doc.
- Provide general support to fellow employees
- Act as the point of contact for Customers
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative personnel to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Keep the facility clean and equipped during working hours
- Assist CEO with office organization, hiring, time-sheet compilation and correspondence.
- Must be well dressed/ presentable in office along with good conduct and customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
Experience:
