Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, managing phone systems, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and experience in medical office management. Duties: - Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, including training and performance evaluations - Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel - Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed at the front desk - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment - Coordinate and assist with event planning, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics - Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
