Driver- Reliable Dental Lab
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for driving to assigned locations on a daily basis to drop off and pick up dental cases as well as completing tasks related to cleaning, preparing for shipping, and handling confidential information. Results and services of position may impact the short-term direction, operations and/or financial status of Reliable Dental Laboratory (“Reliable”).
Minimum Qualifications (Industry, Work Experience and/or Education)
High School Diploma (HSD) or GED. Minimum one (1) year driving experience, preferably in the dental, medical or pharmaceutical-related industry.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in utilizing a personal device.
Driving: License and Registration
Must have an unexpired State Driver's License, car registration and proof of insurance ($100K / $300K / $100K limits). Must successfully pass an annual MVR check.

Regular attendance is required. Generally schedule is based upon standard business hours but not a guarantee. Schedule may be subject to change based upon customers' needs. At times, individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to consult Supervisor when necessary. Overtime requires approval by Supervisor.
Requires passing criminal background check.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. It also requires manual dexterity in combination of eye / hand coordination (e.g., keyboard).Work environment is subject to many interruptions, varying and unpredictable situations and time pressures related to multiple tasks. Work is a combination of inside and driving.
OSHA Category
Category I: Personnel who engage in activities normally with exposure to blood or bodily fluids.
Drivers wear gloves and carries cavi-wipes to protect themselves and patients from infectious diseases. Driver is responsible to inform manager when supplies are finished.
This is considered a safety-sensitive position and may not be under the influence.
Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
Drives to multiple (often 20 or more) locations daily to pick up and drop off lab cases. Ensure cases are protected and secured.
Follows time schedules and routes to deliver and pick up cases.
Performs daily maintenance of keeping work space clean and free of shipping debris.
Shreds confidential documentation from daily shipments, including HIPAA related documents and Outsource shipping (e.g., FedEx) information.
Cleans denture pans and flask for process to finish.
Opens daily shipped denture cases to create a streamline assembly.
Arranges new Reliable boxes for upcoming shipments and discards of cardboard boxes.
Stamps Reliable logo on denture bags.
Adds case notes, warranties, and other information when needed.
Maintain required mileage log; and submit on a weekly basis.
Always Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
Always Report any case of accident, injury or damage to vehicle or cases to manager as soon as practical after occurence.
Re assignable Performs all other related duties, as assigned. May be requested to assist with special projects from time to time.
